Rye Malt - Bestmalz 25kg

Build a distinctive rye beer with BESTMALZ Rye Malt. This 25kg sack brings bready grain character, a smooth mouthfeel and added complexity to rye IPAs, rye beers and multigrain recipes.

• Colour: 5–10 EBC (2.3–4.2 Lovibond).
• Use up to 50% of the grain bill, following your recipe.
• Rye has no husk and can slow lautering at high proportions; plan your mash and grain bed accordingly.

Pair with your chosen base malts, hops and yeast to complete your brew.
