Oktoberfest/Märzen - All Grain Recipe Kit

Oktoberfest/Märzen is described by the BJCP as "an elegant, malty German amber lager with a clean, rich, toasty and bready malt flavour, restrained bitterness, and a dry finish that encourages another drink. The overall malt impression is soft, elegant, and complex, with a rich aftertaste that is never cloying or heavy". This kit is perfect for any BIAB or all grain brewer.

The kit contains all the ingredients you will need to make 20 litres of Oktoberfest/Märzen. This recipe contains four varieties of malt, and is paired with the classic German hop, Hallertau. All the malts and hops you need for this recipe are included, along with a recipe sheet which provides step by step advice on how to brew this beer.
