Learn to identify the six most common off flavors in beer through a hands-on tasting class.
Familiarization with common beer off flavors is an important key to brewing the best possible beer. Learning to identify and subsequently fix common faults will significantly improve the quality of your beers.
This workshop will be facilitated by Andras Fehervari, former brewer at one of Australia's leading microbreweries, Wolf of the Willows.
At this workshop, six different common off flavors will be tasted. Off flavors presented will be DMS, Diacetyl, Infection, Trans-2-Nonenal, Isovaleric Acid and H2S.
You must be of legal drinking age to attend. The seminar lasts approximately 1-1.5 hours.
Class Price: $50 per person.
