American Pale Ale - All Grain Recipe Kit

Brew a bright, citrus-led pale ale with Citra and Cascade hops, a touch of caramel malt and a clean finish. This 20-litre all-grain kit includes the malt and hops for your next brew day.

Expected result: 20 litres into the fermenter, approximately 5.0% ABV and an estimated 24 IBU. Results depend on your brewing system and fermentation.

• 4kg Barrett Burston Pale Malt
• 300g Simpsons Crystal Light
• 200g Weyermann Carapils
• 50g Citra hop pellets
• 50g Cascade hop pellets

Milling: $35 whether milled or unmilled. Choose MILLED or UNMILLED using the Milling selector before adding to your bag. Milled grain is ready to mash; unmilled grain requires a grain mill.

Remember your yeast: Add 1 x SafAle US-05 11.5g yeast. Yeast, sanitiser and bottling sugar are sold separately. Suitable for BIAB and all-grain brewing systems.
